Connect your email & calendar

Messages go out from your real inbox — not a generic address — and warm leads get booked straight into your calendar. We request permission to send email and manage calendar events only; we can't read your existing emails.

Your account is protected. We send a maximum of 50 emails per day, spread across business hours (9am–5pm). Volume ramps up gradually over 3 weeks so your account is never flagged. You can pause or stop at any time.

Help the AI know your business

This is the AI's briefing document. When a contact asks a question or needs a tailored reply, it draws on everything you write here. A bit of effort on this page is the difference between replies that feel personal and replies that feel generic.

Please tell us about your business — this shapes every message the AI sends.

Without this, the AI will give vague answers to common questions. With it, replies will be specific and reassuring.

The AI learns your writing style from these examples. If you skip it, it'll still work — but your examples make it sound more like you, less like AI.

This controls when the AI offers a call — getting it right means you only hear from leads who are genuinely warm.

Upload your contact list

This is who we'll be reaching out to on your behalf — old enquiries, past customers, quotes that didn't convert, anyone you've lost touch with. We need at least a name and email address for each person. The more contacts you include, the more opportunities the campaign can recover.

Only these contacts will ever be messaged. The people you upload here are the only ones Lead Revive will reach out to. Your regular inbox, website enquiries, and all other business communication are completely untouched.
  1. Go to Contacts in your HubSpot dashboard
  2. Click Actions → Export (top right)
  3. Choose CSV and select: First name, Last name, Email, Phone
  4. Download and upload the file below
  1. Go to Contacts tab in Salesforce
  2. Click List Views → select or create a list of your dormant contacts
  3. Click the cog icon → Export → choose CSV
  4. Include: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone. Upload below.
  1. Go to Contacts in Pipedrive
  2. Select all contacts (or filter to dormant leads)
  3. Click the three-dot menu → Export to CSV
  4. Upload the downloaded file below
  1. Go to Contacts module in Zoho CRM
  2. Click Actions → Export
  3. Select fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile. Choose CSV.
  4. Download and upload below
  1. Open your spreadsheet in Google Sheets or Excel
  2. Make sure you have: name (or first_name + last_name), email, phone
  3. Optionally add: last_contact (e.g. "March 2024") and service_interest (e.g. "kitchen extension") — these make messages much more personal
